How does the Felt Click-and-Collect Program work?

Click-and-Collect lets you order from our website with delivery to your local Felt dealer. Shipping and Assembly is always free!

The Click-and-Collect Program helps consumers get the exact bike they want, optimizing model choice, size, and color selection.  And, because all bikes are delivered through our authorized retail network at no charge to the customer, the consumer can be confident that the bike is fully and properly assembled and that they have a local dealer who can provide additional gear and kit to help get out and ride.

The general Click-and-Collect program works like this:

1-      Consumer finds a great bike and places the order.

2-      Felt confirms that the dealer is ready to receive and build the bike. Consumer contact info is shared with the dealer to finalize pick-up details.

3-      The order ships; tracking info is sent to the consumer. (All bikes ship via UPS).

4-      The dealer receives the bike.

5-      The shop builds the bike and contacts the customer to arrange a pick-up.

Here is a breakdown of the timing to see your new Felt:

-          0-4 days to process the order (factoring in any potential delays due to weekends or holidays)

-          0-3 days to confirm with dealer and process for shipping.

-          1-5 business days for it to be delivered to the shop (depending on location as bikes ship from a west coast warehouse)

-          1-5 days for it to be built (depending on how busy the shop's service department is)
